Detailed Problem Description
Email from Saravanan on 07/07/2016:
1. Can all those 7 reports be combined into a single report?
2. Check the filter conditions on license and see whether it has any filter that needs to be updated. (it seems that few of the licenses that were created in ECC were not showing up in these reports).
3. Attached is the active license file and those are the only license fields which needs to be shown in all the reports. (I think we should exclude #, all, e01 licenses).
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to check all the 7 reports and whether it is possible to merge all the 7 reports into single report.
2. Need to check the formulas and filter conditions in all 7 reports.
3. Need to create and display 7 sub reports data into single report.
4. Need to check if any filter conditions written on license.
5. Need to filter the license values(#, all, e01), if required.
Resolution
1. Checked all the 7 reports and it is also possible to merge all the 7 reports into single report.
2. Checked the formulas and filter conditions in all 7 reports.
3. Created and displayed 7 sub reports data into single report.
4. Checked if any filter conditions are written on license.
5. Filtered the license values(#, all, e01).
